RUMANIA: Impecunious

In the Law Courts of Bucharest, the Baldwin Locomotive Co., U. S. concern, sued the Rumanian Government.

The finding of the Court: The Government must pay the Baldwin Co. $9,000,000 for value (locomotives) received. Finance Minister Vintila Bratiano consulted his brother, Premier Jon Bratiano, offered to pay up in ten years. The Baldwin Co. said: ''Say it in weeks."
