It has long been customary in Minnesota for the Anti-Saloon League to nominate all Republican and Farmer-Labor candidates for Congress. But in last week's Minnesota primaries, two small blots appeared upon this record. Dissatisfied with its servant of the past four terms, Representative Oscar E. Keller, the League advanced a new candidate in Keller's district (St. Paul).
