It has long been customary in Minnesota for the Anti-Saloon League to nominate all Republican and Farmer-Labor candidates for Congress. But in last week's Minnesota primaries, two small blots appeared upon this record. Dissatisfied with its servant of the past four terms, Representative Oscar E.
