Intellectual Cooperation
At Geneva met a commission of the League of Nations to draw up rules of procedure for an Institute of Intellectual Cooperation, which is soon to be opened at Paris. Professor Sir Gilbert Murray, in the absence of M. Bergson, ill, was in the chair. Among those present: Senator Henri de Jouvenal (France), Dr. Vernon Kellogg of the National Research Council (U.
