Last week, the second revolution of the year broke out in Lisbon. No yearor very fewpasses without at least one such ditsurbance. The revolt was unsuccessful. Following the modern movement in revolutions (see ECUADOR), few* shots were fired; little damage was done, there were few-casualties, but a lot of arrests and possibly much bad language.
*Three dead, 15 wounded.
