Music: Bayreuth

With new mise en scènes for Das Rheingold and Götterdämmerung, an improved chorus, a company of famed conductors including Fritz Busch, Michael Balling, Dr. Karl Muck (in 1906-8, 1912-18, conductor of the Boston Symphony Orchestra), Willibald Kahler, the annual Bayreuth Festival, it was announced last week, will begin on July 22.
