From Colgate University there graduated, in 1906, one Raymond E. Brookes. He forthwith entered business, succeeded in becoming President of the R. E. Brookes Co., Manhattan, which makes machinery for constructing dams, roads, concrete bridges. Last week, came the announcement that he has resigned as President of his company so that he might become executive secretary to the Colgate Alumni Association.
