In Tarlac, Philippine Islands, one Colonel Wolfson visited a high school, was invited to examine the pupils. Said he: "I will give a peso (50 cents) to any one who can memorize my full name in 15 minutes." He then took chalk, wrote on the blackboard: Josephus Adolphus Americus Vespucius Leonidus Wol-sicanius Alexandricus Naptalicus Lucius Quintus Cincinnatus Wolfson, read amazement on the students' faces, left the room. In 15 minutes, he returned, collected papers. Out of 33 who tried, 23 had memorized his name perfectly.
