Russia The Moscow Izvestia, which—like the Moscow Pravda—is a great organ of the Bolshevik autocrats, printed a tirade against Britain, charging that unscrupulous country with organizing an anti-Bolshevik League of Goverments in Europe. The article, signed by Editor Stocklov, said:

"The English Conservative Government is agitating against the Soviet Government whenever it can. England has succeeded in uniting the Governments of Rumania, Bulgaria and Yugoslavia into a Balkan union against Bolshevism. A few months ago these countries were deadly enemies; today they are close friends. This is England's work.
