Your correspondent, Mr. Copelin R. Day, in referring to Mr. Roosevelt's picture in TIME, Nov. 3, page 5, undoubtedly means the impression one gets at a first glance at the picture that Mr. Roosevelt is engaged in that most uncouth act of "making a nose" at someone....
