Foreign News: Revolutions

The normal situation in Latin American republics seems to be a state of flux, since they all thrive on revolutions, revolts, riots. During the past week the following rumbles were heard:

Mexico. The civil war which has been raging in the United States of Mexico is officially supposed to be over, but fighting between Rebels and Federal troops occurred during the week at various points in the southern states of Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatan, Hidalgo.
