¶ President Coolidge for the first time attached his signature and made law a bill passed by Congress. It gives the privilege of franking her mail to Mrs. Florence Kling Harding. ¶ The President sent his congratulations to Prince Regent Hirohito of Japan on the occasion of the latter's marriage. (See Page 11.) ¶ Mr. Coolidge accepted a place as honorary head of a Business Men's Committee of the Foundation for the Free Distribution of the American Standard Bible.
