The Church has gone to court.
In Los Angeles, Calif., the Board of Home Missions of the Methodist
Church proposed to erect a church to spread the gospel among the
Japanese. Permit to erect the church was refused by the local City Council.
Suit has now been entered to compel the issuance of the permit.
