More than 500 South American students have passed through Spanish universities in the last two years. An Ibero-American Students' Congress at Madrid is planned for the near future, to include, as well as Spain and Peru, Portugal and Brazil. The President of the Congress, Señor Victor Santisteban of Peru, believes that the educational glories of Spain, which antedate those of Oxford and Cambridge, may be revived.
