Angus Buchanan, explorer on the staff of the British Museum, returned to
London with more than five miles of films taken in Central Africa.
In the heart of the Sahara Buchanan suffered internal injuries owing
to a fall. Carried 50 miles to a French outpost by natives, he was
cured by a doctor in Algiers through the medium of wireless.
