The Supreme Court adjourned for the Summer and will not again convene until October 1. Sixteen cases were left undecided and must await action until Fall. They include four on the alien land laws of California and Washington, three on the taxability of the " Massachusetts trusts," North Dakota's claim against Minnesota for flood damages on the Bois de Sioux River, and others.
