King Christian X and Queen Alexandrine celebrated the 25th anniversary of their wedding day at Frendensborg Castle, 20 miles to the north of Copenhagen.
Among the brilliant assembly invited to the castle were the King and Queen of Norway and Prince Olaf, Norwegian Crown Prince; the ex-Crown Princess of Germany, bister of Queen Alexandrine, and her children; Prince Vlademer, King Christian's brother; the Duke and Princess of Cumberland.
