Mussolini paid particular attention to Victor Marguerite's book La Gargonne. This was speedily translated into Italian after the author had been expelled from the French Legion of Honor, and suppressed after it reached Rome.
Prince Gelasio Caetani, Mussolini's ambassador at Washington, plans an April tour of the United States. In his youth he was a practicing mining engineer in several Western states, where he has many friends.
