Your article on improved relations between North and South Korea [June 21] noted that the two countries are "still technically at war." Is TIME stuck back in the 1960s? Let's stop referring to the Korean "War" and give Koreans a break after a half-century of living under constant fear and tension. Why maintain the cold war mentality? Please let Koreans on both sides...
