CHARGED. AMROZI, 39; with involvement in the October 2002 Bali bombings; in Denpasar, Indonesia. State prosecutors said the East Java native bought bombmaking materials and the vehicle used in the blasts that killed 202 people. Last November, Amrozi was the first of the Bali suspects to be caught. (At a press conference after his arrest, he told police, "I am a naughty person.") Since then police have arrested 28 others, including Amrozi's brothers Ali Ghufron and Ali Imron.
