Though election day is still 17 months away, Arkansas Democratic Senator Mark Pryor is already angry at his opponent. "Disgusting," he said in a statement released on May 24, when a group funded by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg bought $350,000 in Arkansas television time for an ad designed to deprive Pryor of votes among his state's heavily Democratic black community.
