UNVEILED

A new logo for Louisville Slugger baseball bats, marking the 129-year-old company's second major logo change in three decades. It will be featured on new bats made with harder wood to splinter less often when hitting a baseball.

Mike McLelland, 63, district attorney of Kaufman County, Texas, who along with his wife Cynthia, 65, was shot and killed two months after his deputy was gunned down.
