Rahm, Bill, and now Jack

Barack Obama took months to replace his first chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, in 2010. In replacing Bill Daley, Obama took no time at all. "There was one clear choice," he said: Office of Management and Budget director Jack Lew, who worked for House Speaker Tip O'Neill in the 1980s, Bill Clinton in the '90s and Hillary Clinton until last year.
