How did you first get into fashion design? Haisam Younes SARASOTA, FLA.

It happened accidentally. I was doing my military service and I had 20 days off on vacation in Milan. A friend said, "Do you want to work for two weeks for a photographer in a department store?" and I said yes. I started assisting the photographer, designing the windows and things.
