The Misery of Zimbabwe

Thank you for reporting on conditions in Zimbabwe [April 23]. I know the country well, having lived there for three years (and in Africa for more than 15 years). I was thrown out in 1999, for what reason I do not know. I was benefiting the people by teaching for nothing at the University of Zimbabwe, helping stone carvers sell their work in the U.S., working with hiv/aids educators and teaching tour groups about Zimbabwean culture.
