DIED. Bob Hattoy, 56, fiery, influential advocate for the environment and, later, aide to the Clinton Administration on gay and lesbian issues; of complications from AIDS; in Sacramento, Calif. Hattoy, most recently president of California's Fish and Game Commission, famously decried then President George H.W. Bush's "moral blindness" in handling the AIDS crisis in a brief, raw prime-time speech at the 1992...
