Snoring is a drag, especially for anyone within earshot. But what can you do? To find out, researchers at Wilford Hall U.S.A.F. Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, recruited 40 volunteers and tested three over-the-counter remedies: Snorenz (a lubricating spray), Breathe Right Strips (to enlarge nostrils) and the Snore-No-More (an ergonomic pillow).
