Despite SARS, economic slumps and currency crises, believe it or not, luxury still sells. Time asked reporters in 19 cities around the world to find out what's flying out of their local high-end department stores and designer boutiques. The results are hardly scientific, but they give you a good idea of international fashion preferences.
